We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Data Management Engineer to join our ECE team. This role is in Pune, India.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Lead the design and deployment of advanced data management systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data management solutions, demonstrating expertise in optimizing data workflows.
Develop and implement data governance frameworks to enhance data quality and compliance, utilizing strong analytical skills.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in data management processes by leveraging innovative technologies and methodologies.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth. - Ensure data security and privacy standards are met across all data management activities.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Typically, 6-10 years of experience.
Expertise in data management systems and technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
