We are seeking a talented individual to join our Cyber Broking team. This role will be based in Hong Kong.
We will count on you to:
- Manage a portfolio of corporate cyber insurance clients, including renewals and day-to-day client servicing.
- Understand clients’ cyber risk exposures and support the design and placement of appropriate insurance solutions.
- Advise clients on coverage-related queries, programme changes, and market developments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive service and trusted advisory support.
- Work closely with internal colleagues across broking, placement, analytics, claims, and risk advisory teams to deliver client solutions.
- Support the preparation and delivery of client presentations, renewal strategies, and placement submissions.
- Help clients understand emerging cyber risks, insurance market trends, and risk management considerations.
- Collaborate with other divisions within Marsh to support new and existing clients in managing and improving cyber risk.
- Ensure assigned accounts are managed in accordance with Marsh professional standards and internal guidelines.
- Contribute to a high-performing team environment and provide guidance to junior colleagues where appropriate.
We will count on you to:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in insurance broking, underwriting, cyber advisory, legal, IT security, forensic investigation, or a related cyber risk field.
- Significant relevant experience in insurance broking, underwriting, legal, IT security, forensic investigation, or a related cyber risk field.
- Experience managing corporate clients and supporting complex insurance placements or renewals.
- Knowledge of cyber insurance is preferred, though candidates with adjacent experience and a strong interest in cyber risk will also be considered.
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commercially minded, solutions-focused, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese) is required.
