The Vice President of Commercial Operations will direct a high-performing internal consulting and commercial operations organization, delivering strategic solutions that optimize execution across the national sales force. Spearhead high-impact initiatives and drive alignment across the Commercial Leadership Team (CLT). Oversee and guide a highly leveraged national infrastructure group that empowers the business through three core pillars: Sales Strategy (territory alignment, compensation planning and deployment, productivity analysis), Commercial Enablement (commercial sales training, major corporate, technology resourcing, contracting/RFPs), and Data & Insights (advanced analytics and regional reporting).
It is highly preferential that the successful candidate is located near-site to one of the following Quest locations: Secaucus, NJ; Clifton, NJ; Marlborough, MA; Tampa, FL; Wood Dale, IL; Irving, TX; or West Hills, CA. The successful candidate must also be able to travel 50%.
Pay Range: $275,000 - $325,000/year + 35% Annual Incentive Plan + Long-Term Incentive
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Improve sales force effectiveness by working across the enterprise with sales leaders.
Identify and build sales force skills through application of technology, training, analytics, and insights.
Identify and deploy sales and commercial best practices, such as Integrity Selling.
Standardize key sales processes related to account set-up, productivity, and selling approaches.
Create and deploy sales training content for all rep types and development for leaders.
Provide business reporting and analytics at the region and enterprise level.
Oversee management of sales force metrics, rankings, and recognition programs.
Deliver tools and systems in support of sales productivity, e.g.: SFDC, Device support, adoption and use of AI technologies.
Oversee territory design, alignment, deployment, and sales capacity management.
Partner with human resources compensation on sales compensation design and manages administration of SIP plans and quarterly payouts for sales professionals.
Oversee client contracting and RFP support for national, enterprise and health plan accounts.
Direct planning of national meetings and events, such as the National Sales Meeting.
Proficiency in franchise key offering, sales messaging.
High level of proficiency on how all decisions impact the front-line sales force and sales leadership. Deep knowledge of budget building process at both a high level and down to the account and or territory levels.
Organize, oversee and guide key project management resources throughout the commercial organization via current team led by this role.
The Vice President will lead a team of ~80 people, with 5-7 direct reports.
A bachelor’s degree in a business or science related field is required. An advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
A minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, management and commercial operations with heavy finance, strategy, service, planning and executional components in a nationally matrixed organization.
A minimum of 10 years in a sales, commercial operations, or finance leadership position is required.
The successful candidate must have the ability to travel 50%.
