About Us We are fixing US healthcare by building an AI-native physical care platform, starting with home health. Home health is a $140B industry with less than $10B in EBITDA — 40% of revenue is spent on pure administrative waste. We automate this work with AI to create a fundamentally different cost structure than incumbents, enabling us to serve the 30% of patients who go untreated today while paying clinicians more and removing their administrative burden. Our mission is "any care, any where." The Opportunity — Vice President of Clinical Innovation.

We’re hiring a Vice President of Clinical Innovation to build and lead the strategy and systems that deliver world-class clinical quality at scale across our markets. You will own the strategy and execution for clinical quality, compliance, clinician lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, development, retention), and outcomes measurement. This role reports to the Chief Clinical Officer and partners tightly with Growth, Operations, and Product/AI to turn great processes into great outcomes for patients and clinicians

2. Clinician Lifecycle Strategy  Partner with Recruiting to define profiles, interview rubrics, and hiring bar based on overall company needs; close clinical talent in constrained markets  Design scalable onboarding, training, and credentialing frameworks that get clinicians productive fast while reinforcing our culture and standards  Build development pathways, coaching, and peer review to raise the bar over time; reduce variance in care delivery

3. Clinical Infrastructure Leadership  Establish frameworks that guide how clinical standards are operationalized across markets by market leaders  Pilot, roll out, and iterate initiatives across branches to enable consistent execution of care models; diagnose gaps and drive solutions including through design of tools, frameworks, and governance structures  Partner with Growth and other leaders on market launch and expansion strategy to ensure quality scales with speed  Ensure alignment between clinical strategy, platform capabilities, and long-term organizational objectives

4. Measurement, Analytics, and Tooling  Define the clinical KPI stack (e.g., outcomes, rehospitalization, visit adherence, documentation quality, patient experience) and parter with leadership to ensure objectives are being met  Build simple dashboards and reviews that turn data into decisions; ensure issues are triaged and resolved quickly  Collaborate with Product/AI to solve systemic concerns including reducing admin burden, improving documentation quality, and surfacing quality insights

5. Cross-Functional Strategy  Directly oversee Education, Compliance, and Telehealth departments; set strategic priorities, allocate resources, and ensure alignment with company strategy  Build and scale these functions as we grow: standardize education curricula, expand telehealth capabilities, and mature compliance infrastructure  Create clear handoffs and feedback loops between these departments and field operations

6. Stakeholder Management & Culture  Lead initiatives that earn trust with clinicians, market leaders, executive team, and external partners  Create a culture of excellence, safety, and learning; celebrate wins and transparently address misses
