**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Vice President, Client Processing Manager plays a pivotal role within the Transaction Processing function, contributing to BNY's strategic pillars through effective management of client processing operations. The role requires a deep understanding of transaction processes to ensure efficient and accurate execution, supporting the organization's commitment to delivering high-quality client service and operational reliability. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Lead and manage a team responsible for client processing operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and regulatory requirements by demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. - Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues, utilizing expertise in transaction processing to provide effective solutions. - Monitor and assess the performance of transaction processing activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations. - Drive strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing transaction processing frameworks, contributing to the overall business strategy. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, promoting professional growth and advancement. **EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required. - Advanced degree or professional certifications in finance or business administration preferred. **EXPERIENCE:** Typically 5-8 years of experience in transaction processing or related field within financial services. **SKILLS:** - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Eligible employees also may receive other benefits (including various paid time off benefits, such as vacation and sick time), dependent on the position offered.
