We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Client Enablement Manager to join our Wealth Solution team. This role is located in Manchester.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding initiatives, owning and continuously improving processes to increase efficiency, consistency, scalability, and risk control across client touchpoints.
- Champion client servicing improvements through training, coaching, development, and the adoption of best practices that enhance service quality.
- Use AI responsibly to improve workflow analysis, reporting, documentation, cycle time reduction and process optimisation, enabling greater efficiency and better service for clients.
- Manage client escalations end to end, delivering clear communication, timely resolution, and sustainable improvements to the client experience.
- Take accountability for high-priority or at-risk initiatives across the broader team, leading recovery actions and stakeholder communications through to resolution.
- Drive execution of strategic priorities, change programmes, and operating model alignment through disciplined workstream leadership.
- Increase digital adoption for clients by partnering with Product and Engineering to deliver solutions aligned to platform objectives and client needs.
- Define and influence business and technology requirements, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and supporting effective implementation and go/no-go decisions.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Someone who thrives in an environment with frequent change and has experience in understanding and driving change from a process, technology, and organizational perspective.
- An experienced professional with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with direct reports and other colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams and present clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Proven success in delivering projects/change, working to short deadlines, and meeting client demands.
- Ability to execute and adapt.
