The Opportunity:

As a Vice President on the Private Wealth Marketing team, you will lead marketing strategy for US, Canada and Latin America, partnering across the firm and with external partners to grow Hamilton Lane’s Private Wealth channel. You will develop and execute integrated campaigns that build our brand and drive platform and company growth, working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.


Your responsibilities will be:

Strategic Planning and Management
Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the wealth management channel
to support growth objectives.
Build brand awareness and reputation across multiple media, channels and audiences.
Partner with stakeholders on messaging, brand and product marketing strategy.
Serve as the channel marketing point person for new and existing fund launches, ensuring
alignment with organizational goals and strong stakeholder communication.
Manage the private wealth marketing budget at the regional level.

Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution
Lead end-to-end marketing program and campaign management for the private wealth
channel, including campaign and content development and delivery.
Ensure campaigns are integrated across email, web, paid media, social, advisor
platforms, and sales enablement channels.
 
Channel Insights, Analytics & Optimization
Leverage data, insights, and digital analytics to inform journey design, improve conversion,
and refine audience segmentation.
Establish KPIs for advisor engagement, lead generation, funnel progression, and client
servicing impact.
Incorporate A/B testing, behavioral signals, and reporting frameworks for continuous
improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Business Development, Portfolio Management, Legal and other teams to
execute strategies that enhance product positioning and support client engagement.
Partner with Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Content and Creative Services to
optimize integration and effectiveness.
Proactively communicate marketing objectives and results with stakeholders.
Oversee performance and compliance of external agencies, ensuring alignment with
organizational standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
 
Your background will include:
 
Must-haves:
10+ years of experience in integrated digital or channel marketing, within private wealth.
Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, digital workflow
design, and multi-channel marketing.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute sophisticated digital journeys with
segmentation, triggers, and personalized content at scale.
Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and
connect marketing activities to business outcomes.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with strong execution and detail orientation.
Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and communicate clearly; present
recommendations and report on progress.
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset; ability to work with and influence stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience setting and managing budgets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including editing skills.
History of bringing forth innovative, differentiating ideas.
Strong attention to detail; highly organized and process-oriented; ability to manage and
prioritize recurring and opportunistic projects and multiple tasks.
College degree.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
