Vice President, Business Planning and Analysis

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Planning and Analysis to join our Corporate Trust Business Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, Jersey City, NJ, Lake Mary, FL, Los Angeles, CA, or Houston, TX.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Maintain oversight of an assigned portfolio of Corporate Trust policy documents, ensuring they remain current, well governed, and aligned with business and regulatory expectations.
• Partner with Platform, Compliance, Risk, and Legal stakeholders to drive the development of new policies and the periodic and ad hoc review of existing policies.
• Deliver reporting and metrics that support policy governance, oversight, and management decision-making.
• Lead the coordination of policy updates arising from Compliance Monitoring reviews, Audit findings, and other control-related developments.
• Serve as the Corporate Trust Policies team representative on assigned projects and enterprise initiatives, providing policy expertise and helping to ensure alignment with governance expectations.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.

• 5-10 years of experience in policy writing, procedure development, governance, risk, controls, compliance, or operational documentation preferred.

• High attention to detail and a strong standard of quality.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of deliverables.

• Experience leading meetings and coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups.

• Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to quickly reprioritize in response to changing business needs.

• Corporate Trust products, services, operations or control experience preferred.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
