About this role:
The Post Trade Services Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, and control oversight of the Transaction Reporting, FX Settlements, and Collateral Management functions in APAC. The role is accountable for ensuring accurate and timely regulatory reporting, efficient settlement processing, margin and collateral management, operational resilience, and adherence to regional and global regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for APAC Transaction Reporting, FX Settlements, and Collateral Management teams
  • Develop and execute the operating model strategy to support business growth, regulatory change and market expansion initiatives
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team through effective coaching, talent development, and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with global counterparts across the US and EMEA to advance strategic initiatives and establish a consistent global operating model
  • Support business initiatives involving new products, new markets, and regulatory changes
  • Provide regular reporting on operational performance, key risks, strategic initiatives, and team objectives at senior stakeholder meetings and forums
  • Drive continuous improvement programs focused on scalability, efficiency, and risk reduction
Transaction Reporting:
  • Oversee regulatory transaction reporting obligations across APAC jurisdictions, including but not limited to MAS, HKMA, Korea RFI, and other applicable regulators
  • Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of all regulatory submissions
  • Lead remediation of reporting exceptions, control breaks, and regulatory inquiries
  • Manage regulatory change initiatives and implementation of new reporting requirements
  • Partner with Compliance, Regulatory Relations, and Technology teams to strengthen reporting controls and governance frameworks
FX Settlements:
  • Manage end-to-end FX settlement activities across CLS and non-CLS products
  • Ensure timely settlement of trades and effective management of funding, liquidity, and settlement risk
  • Maintain strong relationships with agent banks, market infrastructures, custodians, and counterparties
Collateral Management:
  • Lead OTC derivatives, repo, and securities financing collateral operations
  • Ensure the timely issuance and response to margin calls, dispute resolution, and settlement activities
  • Oversee collateral platform enhancements and process automation initiatives
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Capital Markets industry experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of leadership experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related discipline
  • Experience managing operational risk, controls, audits, and regulatory examinations
  • Strong understanding of APAC regulatory reporting obligations and market infrastructure
  • Experience supporting Fixed Income, Rates, Credit, FX, Derivatives, and Structured Products
  • Strong understanding of CLS, SWIFT, DTCC, TriOptima, Acadia, Cappitech, Colline, Calypso, or equivalent platforms

Skills Required
