The Vice President, AI Transformation & Value Creation has enterprise accountability for identifying, prioritizing and accelerating AI-enabled transformation initiatives that create measurable business value. This leader bridges strategy and execution, translating AI capabilities into revenue growth, productivity gains, operational efficiencies, improved decision making, compliance improvements and enhanced customer experiences. The role partners across the enterprise to drive AI adoption, governance, value realization and sustainable organizational change.
AI Strategy & Value Creation Leadership
Develop and execute the enterprise AI transformation roadmap.
Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities aligned to strategic objectives and ROI.
Create and manage an enterprise portfolio of AI initiatives.
Advise executive leadership on AI investments, priorities and expected business outcomes.
Enterprise Transformation Leadership
Lead cross-functional AI and automation transformation programs.
Partner with business leaders to redesign processes and operating models.
Drive measurable value realization from AI investments.
Establish accountability and governance across complex stakeholder groups.
AI Governance & Operating Model Leadership
Develop and maintain enterprise AI governance frameworks.
Define KPIs, value realization metrics and executive dashboards.

Strong executive communication, stakeholder management and financial acumen.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

The base salary range for this position in is $150K-$200K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
