The Role

This role sits within SPE’s Consumer Platforms and Services group, which builds and operates B2B and DTC business models—including VOD, EST, FAST, and AVOD—across major CTV OEM partners in the Media, and services in Automotive industries.

The Vice President will lead the end‑to‑end ad monetization strategy, planning, and operations for ad‑supported revenue streams. The scope spans programmatic sales, partner development, pricing and yield strategy, governance, and measurement and analytics.

This is a pivotal leadership role in a rapidly evolving business at the intersection of entertainment, technology, and monetization. The VP will bring an entrepreneurial mindset to launch, scale, and continually enhance SPE’s advertising capabilities, establishing them as a differentiated, profitable, and sustainable revenue engine within the consumer services portfolio.

The role serves as the single‑threaded owner of advertising revenue, accountable for sustained growth through programmatic demand partnerships, agency and advertiser relationships, pricing and yield optimization, and platform value creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a multi‑year monetization and pricing go‑to‑market strategy, including inventory packaging, demand access models, and commercial frameworks for FAST and AVOD inventory across SPE’s services and third-party publishing lines of business.
  • Own full P&L accountability for launching and scaling a new advertising revenue stream, a key strategic growth pillar for the company, with responsibility for sustained YoY revenue expansion.
  • Partner with FP&A on revenue planning, forecasting, accruals, and long‑range financial modeling to support P&L ownership and investment decisions.
  • Lead global programmatic supply and demand strategy, including SSP and DSP partnerships, deal structures, and access models across private and open marketplaces.
  • Drive supply-path optimization and SSP strategy to maximize net CPMs.
  • Oversee inventory forecasting, pricing frameworks, auction mechanics, and ad-load policies.
  • Own the CTV measurement and attribution strategy and roadmap, including partner selection and integration with leading industry measurement providers.
  • Leverage first-party IDs, data clean rooms, and contextual signals (with Data & Privacy teams) for addressable ad solutions.
  • Partner with Product, Content, and Marketing teams on innovative ad formats and sponsorships.
  • Responsible for and direct Ad Operations across trafficking, creative QA, brand safety, and SSAI integrity.
  • Ensure advertising products and operations comply with global privacy and regulatory requirements, in partnership with Legal, Privacy, and Data Governance teams.
  • Build, scale and lead high-performing global teams across ad partnerships, revenue operations, yield, and ad operations.
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years in digital advertising, including 5+ years leading FAST and AVOD monetization.
  • Deep expertise in programmatic CTV monetization, pricing, yield management, and ad-tech workflows.
  • Demonstrated executive experience owning and managing revenue, demand partnerships, pricing, yield management, and ad operations across direct and programmatic channels.
  • Proven experience owning revenue, demand partnerships, pricing, and ad operations.
  • Strong expertise and familiarity with industry specific ad-tech, data, and measurement stacks.
  • Executive-level communication skills and strong commercial acumen.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
