The TeamFidelity Workplace Investing’s Core Market Sales is a collaborative, conscientious, fast paced and exciting environment! We serve the small businesses of America by assessing their needs and offering creative solutions through Fidelity’s 401(k) solutions, education, and services. This role is part of a phenomenal team of sales leaders who are collectively responsible for leading the Regional Account Executives within Fidelity’s Workplace Core business. In this role you will have direct responsibility for a team of hard-working sales professionals who bring the value of Fidelity’s retirement solutions to advisors and prospects in the $1-7M plan market in the Western United States. The team you will lead primarily sells through virtual meetings (Zoom), but also travel in their territory once per quarter. You will be an important leader on the Core Sales team with ownership and responsibility for strategy, execution, and sales results.The Expertise You Have- Track record of building high performing, diverse, and collaborative teams

- Series 7, 63 & 24 licenses need to be acquired upon accepting the role
