What you will do:
Source and own a pipeline of high-potential early-stage founders across the United States to drive new investment opportunities.
Conduct rigorous, ""zero-defect"" market and business analysis to enable partners to make high-conviction investment decisions.
Act as a primary firm ambassador, ensuring an exceptional service level and respect for founders throughout the investment journey.
The ideal candidate:
Minimum of 2–4 years of high-performance experience in venture capital, investment banking, management consulting, or a fast-paced operator role.
Exceptional analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex market data into clear, actionable qualitative and quantitative judgments.
Proactive, high-energy personality with a ""service mentality"" and a proven ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate productivity.
