At Fluke Reliability’s Professional Services, we are passioned to support customers globally in maximizing uptime of their rotating machinery through Condition Monitoring. In your role as Vibration Analyst, you will have primary focus on Vibration data analysis, working in (and closely with) a dynamic team of Reliability experts. You will leverage in-house technology of PRUFTECHNIK and Azima DLI to deliver high quality analytical work for various applications and industries globally. You will be a critical puzzle piece in the Condition Monitoring program of our customers as you evaluate machine conditions and recommend actionable countermeasures. And you will be directly engaging with our customers, partners and other internal functions to drive success of your dedicated projects and to help identify opportunities for scale. 
Responsibilities:

  • Perform vibration analysis (scheduled and event-driven) daily based on data from online, wireless and portable Condition Monitoring systems.
  • Ensure in-time provision of high-quality reporting according to project specific requirements.
  • Provide technical and operational guidance to our customers through targeted recommendations.
  • Configure and monitor data acquisition systems with mindset of a continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with our project planning and implementation teams before and during project start-ups.
  • Maintain and expand customer relationships with a positive and customer-centric approach. 

Required experience:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, physics or related.
  • 3 years of strong experience in Vibration data analysis.
  • ISO 18436-2 CAT II certification.
  • Experience in predictive maintenance of advantage.

Required skills:

  • Very good English language skills (verbal and written language), beside Polish additional languages of advantage (preferred German or Italian).
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge in Vibration and Reliability techniques.
  • Strong software affinity.
  • Strong skills in report writing with absolute focus on the quality of work.
  • Founded skills in professional communication with customers and partners.
  • Absolut team player.
