Job Description:
The Vet Express Manager will focus on the project management and execution of the Vet Express D2C model. The Vet Express manager will also focus on everyday management of the D2C value proposition, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies over time in close collaboration with the UK Sales team & working in conjunction with D2C experts to maximise Vet recommendation, pet owner experience, conversion.
Responsible for management of the UK Vet Express system, including service development road map & day to day operations
Monitor, analyse and report performance of key Vet Express metrics, as well as creation & socialisation of clear dashboards
Define pricing guidelines, regularly monitor and provide recommendations to Pet Professional Director to ensure market competitiveness
Collaborate with UK demand team to understand pain points for Clinics & Pet Owners to improve digital recommendation & conversion (including time spent in clinics & trade shows)
Coordinate & deliver roadmap on service / tool improvements to drive short- and long-term value alongside Vet Source, UK Demand and D2C Experts
Enrich service level over time (take actions to improve NPS)
Optimise any appropriate media, clinic & trade show communications to drive visibility & use of Vet Express
Define & optimise CRM flows including, but not limited to, initial recommendation, follow up for non order, follow up for drop off, reactivation, engagement, complimentary products
Develop long term plan to scale solution with Corporate Vet Chains, Independents & Pet Rescue centres

Proven experience in E-Commerce Sales or Digital Marketing
Strong commercial mindset
Capable of developing and building relationships across a matrix organisation.
