ECS is seeking a Vessel Support Assistant to work remotely.
Primary duties include:
- Oversee, conduct QA/QC, and manage Marine Operations' professional mariner time and attendance.
- Address, track, and assist in resolving leave and pay issues for professional mariners.
- Develop, submit, and track personnel actions for temporary promotions, changes to lower grade, changes to intermittent status, changes to full time status, and employee separations.
- Coordinate and manage professional mariner and NOAA Corps Officer travel authorizations, reservations, and vouchers.
- Address, track, and assist in resolving travel issues (e.g., last minute travel requests, outstanding vouchers, employees stuck in invitational status).
Salary Range: $31.25 - $33.65/hr.
