As Vessel Performance Manager you will be responsible for analyzing customer data and presenting your recommendations to customers. You will manage a portfolio of customers who you will have regular performance reviews with.

  • Promote our range of digital solutions to customers and enroll them on our platform.

  • Analyze customer data, using advanced analytics, to interpret vessel performance KPI’s.

  • Assess vessels performance based on insights from a combination of data sources for example fuel performance data, visual inspection data and vessels operational profile.

  • Deliver customer presentations in a structured and comprehensible manner.

  • Provide advice on hull maintenance strategies and actions based on the above assessment and knowledge about the properties and performance of our coatings.

  • Support and train sales in utilizing performance evidence to promote our high-end coatings.

What Are We Looking For?

  • University education such as Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or experience with hull performance

  • Experience in using Data analysis to identify insights and recommendations

  • Good presentation skills and desire to work with cross functional teams with diversified backgrounds

  • Ideally an understanding of vessel operations, performance systems, biofouling growth or impact from hull coatings

  • Strong presentation skills, able to deliver complex technical content

Skills Required
