Location: Poti

Position Purpose

To manage all on-going operations on the berth.

Key Responsibilities:

• To be capable to manage all on-going operations during container vessel handling process, amongst crane(s) re-location, cargo trucks traffic, rich-stackers operations, over-gauge flat containers handling (container cargo capacity and appropriate lifting gears should be determined/selected very scrupulously).

• To be capable to control operations during general cargo vessel handling, appropriately fitting lifting-hooks selection, ensure/control proper slinging service prior to cargo lifting, allocate labor/manning resources based on safety requirements.

• Control arrangement of over-gauge cargoes unloading/loading operations out of flat containers and supervision on other operations’ flow.

• Empty-handlers’ maximum implementation at berths and at Container Yard as well.

• Control under operations on-going at CY, second-hand automobiles’ unstuffing, general cargoes re-loading, automobiles’ moving to the parking area, and delivery of a/m to the Customers during night hours.

• Ensuring of working process with proper technical and technological equipment and technique.

• Allocation of technique and personnel during operational process in proper and safe way.

• Controlling of the employees’ operation process during the shift.

• Should be capable to work at various berths, based on necessity.

• Should maintain coordination and information duly exchange with port inner services, and with external organizations and Clients as well.

• Proper and efficient allocation of containers handling technique and staff.

• Various type cargoes handling supervision/controlling being guided by existing plan.

Who we are looking for:

• Leadership & Communication: Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• At least 2 years working experience in Port, specifically operations department or a similar role (foreman).

• Georgian – Fluent

• Knowledge of English language is desirable

• IMDG/Containers’ Classification Knowledge

• Good knowledge of operational processes in general and TOS

ოპერაციების მსვლელობისას ნავმისადგომზე მიმდინარე ყველა საოპერაციო პროცესის მართვა

ფუნქცია- მოვალეობები:

• გაუწიოს ინსტრუქტაჟი ცვლაში მომუშავე პერსონალს, აკონტროლოს მისი მზადყოფნა და საქმიანობის სისწორე, დაწესებული ტექნოლოგიური სქემების და SOP ების მეშვეობით.

• საკონტეინერო გემის ოპერაციების მსვლელობისას ნავმისადგომზე მიმდინარე ყველა საოპერაციო პროცესის მართვა მათ შორის ამწეების გადაადგილება, სატვირთო ავტომანქანების მოძრაობა, რიჩსტაკერის ოპერაციები, არაგაბარიტული ფლეტკონტეინერების დამუშავება (ზუსტად უნდა იყოს განსაზღვრული, ამწის კონტეინერსატაცის ტვირთამწეობის შესაბამისობა და შესაბამისი ასაწევი მოყობილობების შერჩევა).

• ნავმისადგომზე გენერალური ტვირთის გემის დამუშავების ოპერაციების კონტროლი, სწორი ტვირთსატაცი საშუალების შერჩევა, ტვირთის აწევამდე ტვირთის სწორი ჩაბმის უზრუნველყოფა, ხალხის უსაფრთხოების მოთხოვნების მიხედვით გადანაწილება.

• ფლეტ კონტეინერებიდან არაგაბარიტული ტვირთების გადმოცლა დატვირთვის ოპერაციების კონტროლი და ზედამხედველობა სხვა ოპერაციების მიმდენარეობისას კვალიფიციური ზედამხედველის გამოყოფა.

• ცარიელი კონტეინერების გადამტვირთველის მაქსიმალურად გამოყენება, როგორც ნავმისადგომებზე ასევე საკონტეინერო ეზოში.

• საკონტეინერო ეზოს ოპერაციების კონტროლი, მეორადი ავტომანქანების დაცლა, გენერალური ტვირთების გადატვირთვა, ავტომანქანების პარკინგზე გადაყვანა და ღამის ცვლებში მათი მომხმარებლამდე მიყვანა.

• უზრუნველყოს სამუშაო პროცესი ტექნიკური და ტექნოლოგიური მოწყობილობებით და აღჭურვილობით.

• მოახდინოს ტექნიკისა და თანამშრომლების უსაფრთხო და სწორი განაწილება საოპერაციო პროცესში.

• უხელმძღვანელოს საოპერაციო პროცესში ჩართულ თანამშრომლებს ცვლის განმავლობაში.

• საჭიროებისამებრ იმუშაოს სხვადასხვა ნავმისადგომზე.

• მოახდინოს კოორდინირება და ინფორმაციის დროული გაცვლა როგორც ნავსადგურის შიდა სამსახურებთან ასევე გარე ორგანიზაციებთან და კლიენტებთან.

• კონტეინერების გადამუშავების საჭირო ტექნიკური და ადამიანთა რესურსების ეფექტური განაწილება.

შესაბამისი კვალიფიკაცია

(სამუშაო გამოცდილება, განათლება, ენების ცოდნა)

• უმაღლესი განათლება

• სამუშაო გამოცდილება ოპერაციების დეპარტამენტში ან/და ნავმისადგომის ბრიგადირის პოზიციაზე.

• ქართული ენის თავისუფალი ცოდნა (წერილობით და ზეპირად).

• ინგლისური ენის საშუალო დონეზე ფლობა.

• Microsoft Office-ის პროგრამებისა ცოდნა.

• ნავმისადგომის ოპერაციების სიღრმისეული ცოდნა.

• მუდმივ გაუმჯობესებაზე ზრუნვის/ქმედების უნარი.
