In this role, you’ll help ensure the integrity of our community by carefully reviewing applications and conducting thorough identity and income verifications for potential new members. About the Team:

As a Verifications Specialist, you’ll work alongside a group of dedicated professionals all focused on one common goal: providing a smooth and seamless experience for our members. We’d love for you to join us and make a meaningful impact together!
What You’ll Do:
- Dive into applications from awesome folks eager to join Landing’s community of furnished apartments!
- Keep things sharp by doing a thorough check on identity and income to make sure everything lines up.
- Chat with prospective members when needed to help them gather the docs we need and keep things moving smoothly.
- Team up with our sales and member experience crew to make sure communication is fast, clear, and friendly with everyone who’s interested!
What You Need:
- A solid background in customer service and/or billing, with a passion for delivering outstanding service every time.
- Hands-on experience with income and identity verifications, showing off your superpower of catching all the details.
- Comfortable chatting and helping customers across phone, email, and text—whatever works best for them!
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where no two days are the same.
- Excited to work on-site at our Mexico City office and be part of the action!

What We Offer:
- $16,500 MXN gross monthly salary
- $1500 net monthly in food vouchers
- 12 days of vacation from first year available after 90 days + 40 hours of Paid Time Off
