We are looking for an experienced Verification Specialist (Voice) to manage international background verification processes. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-volume calls while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct employment, education, and reference checks for candidates as per client guidelines.
- Handle 60+ inbound/outbound calls per day to verify candidate information.
- Process, analyze, and accurately document verification results in the system.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery within defined SLAs and TAT.
- Maintain integrity, discipline, and confidentiality in all processes.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Be flexible to work overtime when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in international voice processes (background verification industry preferred).
- Prior experience in BPO/ITES industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling).
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Must have complete background documentation.
