The role
Step into a world of luxury in the Pearl Room, Crown Perth’s premier VIP gaming lounge.
With stunning 180-degree views of the Perth skyline, this exclusive, members-only venue delivers a refined and personalised guest experience, featuring dedicated bars and premium service in an intimate setting.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of the Pearl Room, ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered at all times in this high-end environment.
- Lead, coach and support the front of house team
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery across bar and dining offerings
- Maintain premium service standards aligned with a VIP guest experience
- Actively engage with guests, creating memorable and personalised interactions
- Assist with rostering, stock control, and operational planning
- Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement and team performance
- Ensure compliance with RSA, licensing and operational requirements
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a premium F&B environment
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A guest-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- A positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
To be successful, you’ll:
Hold or willing to obtain a current Approved Managers License & RSA
This role requires you to:
- Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, evening and overnight shifts
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, coach and inspire teams
- Hold full Australian working rights
