What You’ll Do:
The firm is looking to add one Associate to the UK investing team. The Associates at the firm focus on direct investment deal-execution and diligence, participate in meetings with entrepreneurs, oversight of existing investments, and managing deal pipeline. Though sourcing is not the primary role of the Associate, he/she will be encouraged and expected to source for new investment opportunities when not in the midst of deal execution. A willingness to travel across Europe to meet Founders in person will be required. Doing thematic work and sourcing for new deals via Tech-Social events during one's free time is always strongly encouraged.
What We’re Looking For:
Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of work experience in investment banking or management consulting, or a similar role at a high growth technology company. Strong communication skills, demonstrable interest in tracking emerging technologies, experience working directly with management teams of technology companies, experience working with software business models, and modeling skills with Excel in creating/evaluating companies' financial models is strongly desired.
