About the role

We are looking for a Vendor Operations Specialist to maintain an existing network of third-party vendors, onboard new vendors, build relationships with vendors and team members, and monitor compliance. Reporting to our Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing, you have experience maintaining vendor records and knowledge of multiple tools and systems. If you're proactive and enjoy problem-solving with others, this contract role is perfect for you!

  • You will review vendor onboarding documentation to ensure tax, banking, and other required documents are complete and compliant.
  • You will contact vendors or stakeholders when additional information is needed and provide ongoing updates on the status.
  • You will be the primary contact between Crunchyroll and our vendors.
  • You will engage with and support Business Units, Procurement Specialists, and Accounts Payable teams.
  • You will perform routine audits and cleanup of vendor records.
  • You will review and process changes to active vendor records.
  • You will perform all tasks following our policies, US state and federal laws, and regulations in international territories where we operate.
  • You are knowledgeable about tax forms, banking policies, supplier diversity certifications, and payment term requirements.
  • You will provide expertise, manage change, and help design a sustainable vendor management process for Crunchyroll.
  • You will assist with system testing for new implementations.

We are considering applicants for our Culver City office. This is a contract role.

About You

  • You have a working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365

  • You communicate clearly, both in writing and speaking

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, employer matched retirement savings, time-off programs, and progressive health benefits and perks.
