Ser el vínculo que conecte al cliente con la marca, garantizando una experiencia de compra de calidad para que cada persona que nos visita en la tienda se sienta especial. Entender sus necesidades y usar tu conocimiento de producto es clave para dar la mejor asesoría y, como resultado, alcanzar los objetivos de venta.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

FUNCIONES

• Atención y asesoramiento al cliente que garantice una experiencia de compra satisfactoria 

• Operatividad básica de tienda (apertura y cierre de tienda, apertura y cierre de caja, limpieza, reposición de stock, recepción de mercancía, etiquetado, cobros en caja, organización de almacén, estrategias de venta)

• Conocer la competencia y lanzamientos de mercado 

• Participar en las formaciones corporativas (seguridad, cumplimiento, cultura, etc.)

• Realizar y tener al día sus certificaciones, formaciones y entrenamientos de producto

REQUISITOS

• Escolaridad preferente universidad / cursando

• Horarios flexibles (disponibilidad fines de semana o por las tardes) 

• Experiencia deseada:

  • ventas / retail / ventas belleza / cosméticos 

  • atención a cliente especializada (características de producto)

  • gestión de cartera de clientes
     

• Cercanía al lugar de trabajo - no más de 1.15hrs de trayecto
