Job Description
Vehicles Category/Vertical aka Chợ Tốt Xe (CTX) is the second biggest business unit at Cho Tot in terms of revenue. We aim to build a platform that can empower our buyers and sellers to buy and sell vehicles nationwide with confidence and at ease. And moving forward, we are on the way to make CTX as a platform of choice for every vehicle owner in Vietnam.
We invite you to join our Vehicles Business Unit as a Vertical Manager. You will contribute & make an impact through CTX is a specialized business. With the vision to provide the platform for transparent, efficient and effective vehicles transactions in Vietnam. It seeks to be the leading advocate of the right to own, use, and transfer vehicles; and valued by highly skilled automotive professionals and viewed by them as crucial to their success. And to fulfill this dream, we are looking for a competent leader for CTX.
The person is required to manage all aspects of this business vertical, including setting the long-term business strategies; understanding the pain points of all user types (buyers, sellers, dealer…) and/or unlocking the potential markets by optimizing the current features and/or developing brand new features; running the day-to-day operations; supporting Commercial team; and other ad-hoc request from higher levels. You will work closely with the Vertical Head/Diretor and C-suite team to bring CX to the higher levels of which has been defined as a success.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for new markets, new business initiatives, business integrations, and other process changes, including coordination of resources, stakeholders, and technology platforms

Responsible for the general management of CTX businesses, including strategies, daily operations and revenues targets.

Track project performance and analyze the progress of tasks across all participants to accomplish short- and long-term goals.
-
Responsible for defining the new products, features and pricing initiatives, and working closely with internal teams (marketing, product, technical, etc) to ensure successful roll-out of these projects.

Measure impact of initiatives, decide and communicate success or failure, identify key learnings and integrate them in overall user, product & feature understanding

Recruit and lead the team, carry out an effective leadership style to motivate and become the top performing team.

Collaborate and maintain professional relationships with other internal teams (monetization, marketing, content and technical) to support the business goals.
Qualifications
-
At least 4 years of experience in a highly analytical and operational role in a fast-growth company, preferably in a reputable Technologies / Automotive / Management Consulting company.

Strong interests and/or understanding of the Automotive industry is a plus.

Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve their best with a team approach.

Proven record of being creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized and of effectively influencing and communicating cross-functionally.

Analytical skills to understand Usage Data – you can ask the right questions and use tools available to answer at least some of them

Understanding of User Research role and process – knowing what it can do and what it can’t and being able to facilitate the elements of the process when needed

Obsession in learning how things work, in problem-solving and troubleshooting.

Passion for the industry of consumer internet products.
