The position ensures that business proposals are technically viable, components are lifecycle-managed, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

System Architecture Understanding: Ability to interpret and influence vehicle electrical/electronic architecture.
Hardware & Software Integration: Experience with ECU hardware planning, software validation, and diagnostics.

Design for Manufacturing & Service: Skills in developing processes for production and service readiness.

Business Case Evaluation: Ability to assess feasibility, ROI, and strategic fit of proposals.
Conceptual Design Development: Translate business needs into high-level technical solutions.
Project Planning & Costing: Proficiency in creating timelines, resource plans, and cost estimates.
Risk & Change Management: Identify risks and manage scope changes effectively.
Collaboration & Communication
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and service teams.
Global Co-Development: Collaborate with international teams to align component strategies and standards.

Root Cause Analysis: Lead field issue investigations and resolution strategies.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use KPIs and validation results to guide development and reporting.
Tools & Methodologies
Systems Engineering: Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and requirement management tools.
PLM Tools: Experience with Product Lifecycle Management systems for documentation and change tracking.
Diagnostic & Validation Tools: Use of tools for ECU testing, diagnostics, and update validation.
Knowledge You Should Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related filed
3–7 years of overall automotive experience in software, feature, or component development
Strong experience with automotive CAN and Ethernet networks
Proficient in DoCAN and DoIP diagnostics
Hands-on experience with Linux OS and AUTOSAR-based ECU development
Must have hands on experience developing telematics or infotainment system software
Solid understanding of vehicle ECU intra-communications, automotive diagnostic protocols, and vehicle signal / data analytics
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and develop new technical skills
Proven experience in identifying and solving complex problems
Effective collaboration with globally distributed teams across time zones and stakeholder groups
Track record of implementing efficient processes in coordination with cross-functional teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to motivate self and others, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
