Fairfield VW has a need for a Sales Manager. Candidates must be proficient in working in the CRM and willing to work closely with our salespeople daily. The Sales Manager will assist in planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the Sales Dept., including sales volume, desking deals, advertising, evaluating purchase transactions, stock levels, disposal of non-retail vehicles, display and merchandising, hiring, training, and motivating salespersons. Must be organized, take initiative, act with integrity, foster a positive workplace, and display effective leadership skills. Position will report to GM.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a current Salesperson OR 2+ years experience as a Sales Manager
  • Salespersons provide the current production numbers for 2025/ 2026
  • F&I Managers provide current production numbers( PVR, PPD, VSC PEN).
  • Provide your CSI numbers for YTD 2025 or Current 2026
  • Strong computer skills including CDK, Vinsolutions, and vAuto
  • Good math skills
  • College a plus
  • Positive references
