Vehicle Quality Controller

About the role
We’re looking for a Vehicle Quality Controller to join our team, and play a key role providing first-class quality control for all vehicles moving through the bodyshop, acting as a final point of sign-off before their return to the customer.

Key responsibilities
- Visually inspect all vehicles in line with the provided job card.
- Highlight quality issues and liaise with the workshop controller to ensure re-work is delivered in a timely manner.
- Accurately complete all quality control documentation to AAR standards.
- Meet bodyshop set targets. e.g. 10 vehicles per day
- Adhere to all BS10125 standards
- Work with the site's receptionist to ensure that all vehicles are returned to customers within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain awareness of all Health & Safety requirements and lead by example

Skills Required
- Ability to visually inspect all vehicles in line with provided job cards
- Knowledge of and adherence to BS10125 standards
- Accurately complete quality control documentation to AAR standards
- Liaise with workshop controller to identify and ensure timely re-work
- Meet bodyshop set targets (e.g., inspect ~10 vehicles per day)
- Coordinate with site receptionist to ensure vehicles returned within agreed SLAs
- Maintain and lead by example on Health & Safety requirements
