Lifecycle Coordinator
The Lifecycle Coordinator is responsible for interacting with buyer lease drivers, assisting with vehicle ordering related budget activities, coordinating vehicle builds and delivery with American Honda, maintain complete and accurate information, supporting out-of-state processes, and daily office functions.
Essential Job Functions
- Administer company lease program policies and acquisition
- Run accounting reports and balance daily cash and credit cards
- Prepare daily bank deposit
- Manage the forecasting and ordering of company vehicles from American Honda
- Tracking of lease orders and exceptions for the budget accuracy
- Miscellaneous reconciliation of monthly reports
- Reconcile company lease vehicle drivers imputed income and payments received
- Customer service support for lease programs and business travel needs
- Prepare paperwork for vehicle title and licensing
- Manage out of state lease vehicle process
- Monitor, react and respond to customer service needs
- Ensure clear communication with customers
- Ensure training and development opportunities are utilized
- Provide, foster and encourage daily teamwork
- Provide professional and positive atmosphere for customers
- Project-based support as needed
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Use of Mail Merge, lookup functions, generation of reports, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills; strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work efficiently in web-based systems
