What you can expect
- Work with secure onboard communication protocols (TLS, SOK, IPsec)
- Gain exposure to vehicle bus topologies and architectures
- Understand and analyze typical vehicle bus signals, especially for ADAS ECUs
- Develop knowledge of key vehicle ECUs and their roles within the overall system architecture
- Handling and interpretations of Bus description files (Fibex & ARXML)
- Creation/adaptation of RBS for internal needs from customer RBS package deliveries
- Usage and configuration of CANoe created rest bus simulations
- Vehicle Bus Testing with CANoe by programming of CAPL based scripts
- Work with established Gateway solutions for CAN, Ethernet and FlexRay
- Apply strong ANSI C programming skills in embedded automotive environment
- Gain hands-on experience with test vehicle measurement setups and tooling
- Develop knowledge of testing approaches and methodologies for vehicle bus validation in real vehicle environments
What you'll bring
- Knowledge of MS Office package, ideally also Visio
- Knowledge of main automotive communication standards (i.e. CAN, FlexRay, SPI, etc…)
- Knowledge of Vehicle Test and Data
- Knowledge regarding ADAS systems
- ALM tools (PTC Integrity, Jira)
- CAPL programming
- Troubleshooting experience on vehicle bus level
- Familiar with Vector CANoe
- Mandatory Gateway programming experience (ideally with Starcooperation Gateway)
- Ideally well-developed communication, presentation and documentation skills
- Able to work in distributed global team environment
- Willing to learn and work with new technologies and why they are needed
