Position Overview
The Inventory Acquisition Manager is responsible for strategically sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring high-end, rare, and limited-production vehicles. This individual will leverage industry relationships, market intelligence, and negotiation expertise to secure inventory that meets our exacting standards
Key Responsibilities
- Source exotic and luxury vehicles through service drive, private collectors, online listings, and dealer networks
- Build and maintain relationships with future and current owners
- Monitor market trends, values, and inventory opportunities
- Negotiate purchase agreements and manage acquisition contracts
- Conduct vehicle evaluations including service history, and condition verification
- Coordinate logistics for transport, inspections, and documentation
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all transactions
Requirements
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with collector-grade and investment vehicles
- Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth clientele
- Background in automotive appraisal or vehicle valuation
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury or exotic automotive sales/acquisitions is a plus
- Knowledge of high-performance and limited-production vehicles
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- High level of discretion and integrity
