Salary: $48,000-$72,000


Job Summary

The Vehicle Acquisition Specialist sources vehicles from customers who bring their vehicles in for service appointments. In addition, leverages relationships with previous guests to uncover new purchases opportunities.

 

Core Responsibilities

 

  • Engage with customers who bring in their vehicles for service appointments, identify opportunities to purchase or trade their current vehicles.
  • Cultivate relationships with previous guests who serviced their vehicles within the past. Utilize these relations to uncover potential purchase opportunities.
  • Follow up with customers in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Negotiate vehicle purchase terms with customers to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome for both parties.
  • Work closely with our Sales team to coordinate vehicle acquisitions and ensure seamless transition from acquisition to sales.
  • Coordinate across BDC and Service Departments.

Job Requirements

 

  • Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team
  • Detail orientated with strong organizational skills
