We are looking for a brilliant HR Advisor to join our Team in Milton Keynes (UK). In this role you will be responsible for providing operational support across all areas of the Human Resources function, contributing to the effective delivery of HR services throughout the employee lifecycle. Working closely with HR Business Partners and wider HR team, the HR Advisor supports employee relations activities, ensures compliance with employment legislation and company policies, and contributes to delivering a positive employee experience across the UK site.
Job DescriptionEmployee Relations & Employee Lifecycle
Support HR Business Partners in the delivery of employee lifecycle activities and people-related initiatives.
Support employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management cases.
Support HR Business Partners in managing employee relations cases by preparing documentation, drafting correspondence and maintaining accurate case records.
Coordinate employee-related processes including onboarding, probation reviews, internal moves, promotions and offboarding activities.
Prepare HR documentation, contracts, amendments and employee communications as required.
Maintain employee records HR systems and documentation, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with GDPR requirements.
Support immigration, right-to-work and employment administration activities.
Support absence management processes through monitoring, record keeping, employee communication and coordination with managers in line with company policies.
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers on company policies, procedures and employment-related matters, ensuring consistency, compliance and appropriate escalation of complex issues.
Stakeholder Management & Team Support
Build and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers and external stakeholders.
Collaborate across the HR team to ensure the consistent and high-quality delivery of HR services.
Provide flexible support across different HR disciplines according to business priorities.
Promote a professional, proactive and custumer-focused approach in all interactions.
Act as an approachable first point of contact for HR-related queries and support.

QualificationsCIPD Level 3 or Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent practical HR experience.
Interest in developing a career in Human Resources across multiple disciplines. Previous internships or experience within Human Resources would be advantageous.
Fluent in English. Knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
Proactive, flexible and collaborative mindset, with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
