As a VAS System Owner, you will:
- Focus on governance, performance, and lifecycle management of a specific systems utilized by Webbing
- Collaborate with webbing Product team to support new service and feature implementation within your managed systems.
- Collaborate with other Webbing teams to support service implementation, testing and process implementation within your managed systems.
- Collaborate with Webbing Security team ensure compliance with internal policies/regulations and manage data security risks.
- Act as the primary liaison for third-party vendors, manage user access/accounts, and organize user training.
- Vendor & User Management: Act as the primary liaison for third-party vendors, manage user access/accounts, and organize user training.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, telecommunications or a related field.
- Good understanding of common SaaS systems architecture and support processes.
- Good understanding of networking and telecommunications fundamentals.
- Good understanding and experience with SaaS system integrations and service testing.
- Good understanding of project management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ownership mindset – ability to prioritize, communicate clearly and propose improvements.
- Experience with requirements and system documentation (manuals, user guides, configuration guides, etc.).
- Ability to work on-call and overtime.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong self-motivation with a proactive approach to continuous learning and professional development.
- Genuine interest in mobile technologies, IoT, and emerging technologies.
- High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
