The Role

As our Van Driver, you’ll be the first and last impression for many guests.
You’ll handle safe and timely transportation while delivering friendly, helpful service that reflects our brand from curb to door.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Safely operate the hotel shuttle/van following all traffic laws and company safety standards
  • Transport guests to and from designated locations, ensuring timely pickup and drop‑off
  • Assist guests with luggage and provide clear, friendly communication
  • Maintain cleanliness, fuel levels, and daily inspection logs for the vehicle
  • Support front‑of‑house teams with guest needs and information
  • Represent the hotel with professionalism and courtesy at all times
