Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Pay is expected to be $25-35 and is based off experience

This is an onsite position working at one of the following locations: Morrisville, NC, Geismar, LA, Jacksonville, FL, La Porte, TX, Clarksville, TN or Theodore, AL

We are searching for an associate ready to step into a Valve Automation Sales Support role and become an integral part of the Valve Automation team. 

  

This role is for Valve Automation Sales Support. This associate will report directly to our Engineered Products Team Manager and will spend time learning our V&A business while completing quotations. This associate will primarily be quoting Valve Automation work to grow their foundation of V&A products but will also engage in more of our Engineered Products overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.

  • Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.

  • Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.

  • Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.

  • Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while learning the Valve Automation business 

  • Size Actuators, Control Valves, Accessories, & build out Valve Automation quotations daily 

  • Interact and develop relationships with key vendors to support sales  

  • Work with all associates in the district to support our V&A products. Be a team player 

  • Willingness to learn and train continually. Specific to Valve Automation products 

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years sales experience is preferred.

  • Valve automation experience preferred.

  • Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.

  • Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.

  • Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.

  • Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.

  • General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range:

$17.77 - $29.92

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
