As Value Stream (VS) & Productivity Leader, you will be leading the Fuel to Grow program for the Enterprise Markets (EM) segment. You will coordinate efforts to build strong program structure & review mechanism to deliver YOY value benefit to meet the expectation from EM. You will have to work closely with many stakeholders across markets, CI leaders, SC directors & global team driving F2G program. You will also lead end-to-end Value Streams program implementation, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency & cost across our manufacturing sites working closely with global VS team for Baby Childcare, Feminine Care and Adult Care. This role is pivotal in ensuring that manufacturing technology, process strategies and digitization align with the overarching goals of the company and in maintaining competitiveness in a global market. You are expected to be a strong leader who can navigate the complexities to build consensus & drive cost excellence through structured process.

In this role, you will:

  • Run F2G process of developing strong YOY plans & execute them in coordination with cluster teams.

  • Work with stakeholders in global & region to align the program deliverables for EM. Build and sustain cross-functional and global relationships to accomplish objectives.

  • Keep the process & system compliance in check with regular reviews and actions.

  • Leverage learnings/best practices from other regions & within regions to drive overall cost improvement.

  • Provide facilitation & leadership to run workshops to identify value for the EM. Work closely with manufacturing excellence team to coordinate efforts on excellence leading to cost benefits.

  • Integrate automation & digital transformation of manufacturing processes to enhance agility, speed, productivity and eco-efficiency across all manufacturing sites.

  • Manage a diverse and geographically dispersed stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, best practice sharing/adoption and innovation.

  • Champion sustainable manufacturing practices and oversee the implementation of eco-friendly technologies and processes.

  • Support in development & execution of VS initiatives to enhance overall manufacturing efficiency in terms of cost & agility. Work with central planning team, SC directors & other stakeholders to build the programs around the identified issues & challenges to deliver efficient product supply network with optimized cost.

  • Support global team to initiate capital, capacity and cost impact for new technology or processes to optimize the enterprise market value streams and to analyze & integrate new business opportunities end-to-end.

  • Facilitate the collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate consumer insights and market trends into product development and manufacturing advancements.

In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with a focus on manufacturing or technology management.

  • Extensive experience in B2C manufacturing processes and consumer market dynamics, with a proven track record of driving process improvements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

  • Leadership and good communication skills, with the ability to manage and inspire teams across different cultures and regions.

  • Effective, consistent global communications and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in manufacturing processes & initiative management.

  • Strategic thinking with a focus on change management and continuous improvement.

  • Proficiency in leading digital & manufacturing technologies improvements and data analysis tools.

  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Willingness to travel for on-site assessments and collaboration with segments and sectors globally if required.
