- A degree in business or logistics, or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Strong skills in Excel and SAP, with knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
- An understanding of supply chain processes and how planning impacts operations
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
