Due to growth, we are adding a Value Stream Orchestrator to our team!
The Value Stream Orchestrator serves as the accountable leader for an assigned transformation value stream. Working in partnership with business, technology, operations, finance, and customer-facing teams, this role provides integrated oversight across a portfolio of initiatives and is responsible for delivery confidence, strategic alignment, value realization, financial performance visibility, risk mitigation, and business readiness.
Serving as the primary value stream orchestrator, this role maintains alignment between enterprise strategy and day-to-day execution while ensuring initiatives achieve intended business outcomes, milestone commitments, and value realization targets. The role creates the strategic tension required to challenge scope, sequencing, prioritization, and investment decisions when work no longer supports the value stream vision or enterprise objectives. The Value Stream Orchestrator serves as the primary owner of value stream execution health, delivery confidence, operational readiness, financial performance visibility, and benefits realization within the assigned value stream(s).
