Robert Bosch Power Tool Elektromos Szerszámgyártó Kft. was founded in Miskolc in November 2001, and today it has become a determining factor not only within the company group, but also in the region, becoming the largest Bosch power tool factory worldwide.
Our main products are:
- Green power tools and gardening tools for home use
- Blue power tools for industrial use
- Batteries for eBike and power tools

Job Description
Ensuring of the manufacturability of the products in the value stream and consecutive operation of the production equipment. Regular revision of the production processes to ensure effective production. Knowledge of the methodologies related to manufacturing operations and their adaptation to reach Value Stream KPIs.
- Create and maintain standardized working documents
- Discovering and reaction to deviations from standards
- Modification of existing operational plans in SAP if necessary
- Ordering of line modification in SAP and coordination of execution
- Active participation in problem solving
- Ordering of complete lines and doing process planning
- Participation in the creation of MTM-UAS calculation
- Implementation of measures (productivity enhancement, LLD, RPP, etc) resulting from production line projects and development workshops with the support of other departments
- Regular revision of production targets
- Organization of structural problem solving teams to solve problems on time by finding and solving the root causes
- Solving issues with support in TTM projects
- Support of PPC calculation with core data about manufacturing processes
- Teach colleagues on the line about manufacturing processes
Qualifications
- Higher Engineer degree
- English language knowledge
- Precise, structured working method
