You are responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and on budget. This includes project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and the completed project's readiness to go live.
How you will contribute
You will:
  • Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to global leads and/ or the program manager when needed
  • Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetings
  • Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization
  • Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live
  • Own the relationship with the external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project delivery

Role Mission
The VRO (Value Realization Office) Lead is responsible for ensuring that all outcomes, KPIs, and business readiness indicators are effectively tracked, governed, and achieved throughout the Cutover and Hypercare phases. This role acts as the main interface between Cutover Execution, PMO, and Business Leaders, ensuring that operational stability and value realization are achieved after go-live.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define, monitor, and report all go-live readiness and post-go-live performance indicators (KPIs, SLAs, stabilization targets).

  • Coordinate the daily cadence of the VRO Command Center, consolidating metrics from technical, process, and operational streams.

  • Partner with Cutover and PMO Leads to ensure alignment between execution milestones, risk tracking, and value outcomes.

  • Support the definition of Go/No-Go criteria, focusing on business continuity, data integrity, and system performance.

  • Lead the Hypercare performance reviews, translating technical results into business impact narratives for executive reporting.

  • Ensure the tracking of issue resolution, root cause analysis, and transition to BAU teams once stability criteria are met.

  • Consolidate learnings and create Post-Mortem and Value Realization reports highlighting KPIs achieved, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities.

  • Drive continuous improvement culture through visual management dashboards, KPI heatmaps, and cross-functional syncs.

Profile and Core Competencies
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills - able to translate complex data into executive insights.

  • Solid experience in Project Management, Hypercare governance, or Business Performance Monitoring.

  • Advanced Excel/Power BI/Think-Cell skills for KPI tracking and visualization.

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation programs.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple functions (IT, Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing).

  • Resilience, structured thinking, and agility to operate under tight timelines and cross-functional environments.
