We are seeking a dedicated Value Engineering Manager to lead cost optimization and efficiency enhancement initiatives for our liquid chromatography products. This role is central to designing and implementing strategies that elevate product quality, reduce costs, and streamline processes. You’ll work closely with multi-functional international teams, driving continuous improvement across design, manufacturing, and supply chain stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Optimization: Develop and apply cost models to effectively reduce production expenses while maintaining high quality standards.

  • Quality Improvement: Collaborate with product design teams to improve product quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and boosting customer satisfaction.

  • Process and Design Enhancement: Redesign product components and configurations to enhance manufacturability, streamline production steps, and improve assembly efficiency, ensuring a smoother transition from design to manufacturing.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations and alignment across project objectives.

  • Analytical Assessment: Lead continuous product assessment and apply strategic analysis to identify opportunities to drive improvements.

  • Program Management: Ensure the successful execution of projects in alignment with departmental goals, driving performance and accountability to meet targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree or equivalent experience in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related field).

  • Minimum of 8 years in engineering, with a focus on value engineering, cost management, and program leadership.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with cost modeling, product qualification, and statistical assessment.

  • Consistent record in leading collaborative, multi-functional projects to successful outcomes.

  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering continuous improvement across teams (national/international).
