As a Value Analytics Specialist / Data Analyst, you’ll:

• Translate business problems into data solutions across operations, supply chain, and commercial teams

• Build models and analytics tools to improve performance (e.g. on-time delivery, network optimisation, forecasting)

• Analyse large datasets using tools like SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel

• Deliver actionable insights that influence operational and leadership decision-making

• Work with cloud and modern data platforms to bring solutions to life

• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in analytics, reporting, and data science capability

What we’re looking for:  

We’re looking for someone who is curious, commercially minded, and passionate about data. You’ll bring:

• Experience as a Data Analyst, Analytics Specialist, or Data Scientist

• Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, Python, R, or Excel

• Experience working with large datasets, data modelling, and reporting

• Proven ability to deliver data-driven insights and business outcomes

• Strong communication skills - translating analytics into business value

• A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
