• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences – from frontline teams to executive leaders.
• Help shape the direction of our data science standards, tools, and processes.

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in analytics, data modelling, data science or a related field (e.g., statistics, engineering, computer science).
• Proven experience in solving real-world business problems using data.
• Skilled in tools like SQL, Power BI, Excel, Python, R
• Confident working with large datasets and building models that deliver results.
• Great communicator who can explain complex ideas in simple ways.
• A continuous learner with a collaborative mindset and a drive to make things better.
