About the role

We are delighted to be seeking a Value Added Services Coordinator, Southern Europe, reporting to the Senior Practice Lead, Southern Europe. In this role, you will directly impact our Southern Europe professional services team by ensuring the smooth coordination and delivery of Value Added Services during a period of growth and transition. Your day-to-day work, from managing client requests to coordinating delivery teams and maintaining administrative rigor will contribute to the continued success of our Professional Services organization across the region.

This position requires you to be in our La Defense office location 3x per week.

What You’ll Do

Value Added Services - Customer Interfacing

  • Receive customer requests and respond to customer enquiries (mainly in French, occasionally in English)

  • Direct customers to matching services and/or trainings

  • Support the Sales cycle and ensure sales closure (electronic proposals, electronic signatures, etc ..)

Value Added Services - Project coordination & Delivery

  • Assign the work to be performed in collaboration with the delivery teams (staffing)

  • Manage customer interactions and expectations throughout service deliveryTrack progress and ensure deadlines are met

  • Ensure administrative activities relative to the management of VAS

  • Issue Purchase orders, Assign ressources, Track activity KPIs

  • Enter and maintain administrative data in the appropriate systems (Saleforce, DocuSign, Rocketlane, …)

What You Bring

  • Good written and verbal communications skills in French and occasionally in English

  • Ability to interact in writing and verbally with financial services customers

  • Demonstrated ability to track progress on several topics simultaneously and identify risks and priorities (important / not important; urgent / non-urgent; high-risk / low-risk)

  • Ability to coordinate people of various backgrounds and seniority

  • Ability to communicate on topics where you will not be the functional expert but you are expected to identify the subject and refer to the appropriate functional or technical expert

At Kyriba we value pay transparency and fairness. 

For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is €54,300.00 - €68,700.00 based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and a long-term incentive. The final package will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and qualifications.

  • Work on-site at La Defense office three days per week
