RESPONSABILITIES

The purpose of the Value&Access Manager role is to Manager and execute the development of health technology assessment (HTA) strategies and plans, which are aligned to strategic brand plans for new and existing products. This role is responsible for designing payer specific strategies to demonstrate and adapt value proposition, improving coverage of Ipsen products, specially for Private Market ande HMOs.

The role will work cross-functionally with commercial and medical functions local and global to aid with evidence development planning and execution to supplement HTA submissions or develop value stories as part of Ipsen Life Cycle Management. In addition, this role will complete forecasting activities and scenario assessments to inform commercial decisions.

This role will also be responsible for the submission of evidence dossiers to CONITEC, ANS and other major payers, managing relationships with external stakeholders (HCPs), the MOH and HTA-related groups. Develop strategy for key accounts in Private Market.

This role will support the Market Access & Public Affairs Director in the development of Value, Access & Pricing Strategic for new and existing products and also brand plan activities including budget and monitoring actions, and also support activities on field and Private Market sector considering HMOs, Healthcare Operators, Hospitals and Clinics

The interface with customer, HTA, Access Stakeholders and also field team is need in order to collect insights and information to support the Market Access Strategy and alignment with market, customer and patient needs.
REQUIREMENTS

Degree level education required in Economics, Medical/Health sciences, Pharmacy or equivalent

Post graduate qualification desired in Health Economics, Statistics, or Epidemiology

Demonstrated leadership of prior HTA submissions (preferentially to ANS, CONITEC)

3-5-year prior experience working directly on ANS and CONITEC submissions or other HTA submissions for Brazil

Pharmaceutical Industry experience is desirable

Project management experience

Strong commercial awareness

Excellent verbal and written English and an ability to use these skills effectively to communicate with senior leaders and colleagues across the business.
