Job Description
Provide a security assessment service to the Bank by ensuring that assessments are carried out within laid down instructions and quality requirements. Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards by observing the values and vision of the Bank at all times.
Qualifications
- National Diploma/Degree in Real Estate/Land Valuation and Estate Management, Property Studies
- Knowledge of property valuations, market research and analysis for farms, residential & commercial properties
- Code B driving licence is a negotiable.
Additional Information
Experience:
- 5-years relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional security assessment service to the Bank.
- Grow the banks Home Loan book through increasing percentage of approved valuation within criteria.
- Control and manage risk and costs.
- Ensure proper record keeping in terms of BON and SBN requirements
