You Have (Requirements):
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, mathematics, economics or finance, from an accredited college/university or equivalent is required Advanced degree in business or finance preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in business valuation at an accounting, valuation, consulting, or investment banking firm.
- 5-8 years’ total experience in professional services.
- Demonstrable experience in identifying new opportunities for work, up-selling and cross-selling highly desirable.
- Understanding of derivatives and advanced modeling techniques for companies in the life sciences and technology industries strongly preferred.
- Strong foundation of financial valuation requirements for fair value analyses under financial reporting requirements required.
- Connected into a market for business development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required. Experience with Crystal Ball and advanced analytical tools preferred.

You Will (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage valuation engagements for financial reporting, tax, transaction and dispute support purposes, as well as audit review support.
- Demonstrate good judgment and identify/problem-solve critical valuation and process-related issues. Research, propose, and execute relevant strategies to reach a resolution on such issues.
- Stay abreast of current technical, business and economic developments relevant to business valuation profession.
- Assume a management role in the generation of detailed valuation exhibits and reports. Manage quality control process.
- Embrace business development activities, develop and achieve new business goals.
- Develop and maintain an active network of contacts and participate in industry groups and associations.
- Communicate effectively with group leadership, staff, external relationships and other BPM service segments.
- Develop and maintain positive and value-added relationships with clients.
- Enhance services provided to clients through the effective use of technology, tools, staff utilization, and project management skills.
