Job Description:
Hilco IP Merchant Banking (HIPMB) is a fully integrated intellectual property (IP) investment, advisory and monetization business. The company acquires and monetizes the highest quality IP to provide liquidity and risk transfer to leading technology businesses. HIPMB is also a leading provider of IP advisory services, integrating IP expertise and technical experience with established business and market acumen.
Candidates for the Valuation Manager position should have 5-8 years of experience in IP consulting and/or investment banking. They should have the ability to lead teams in projects involving the analysis of unique financing, valuation, and monetization opportunities.
Candidates should possess:

The experience necessary to effectively interact with clients,

The ability to lead due diligence efforts,

Strong analytical skills necessary to create complex financial models,

The ability to work with the HIPMB technical team,

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and

The aptitude to train junior team members.
