ROLE SUMMARY:
- Health Representative Manager's overall mission is to enhance the customer experience and ensure HCP engagement through the delivery of promotional and educational content.
- Health Representative Manager will lead and coach a team of Health Representatives (HR) on key business drivers with accountability for their development in line with Pfizer competencies model.
- Health Representative Manager is also responsible for the growth, development and sales achievement of the assigned business area and territories, brand promotions, brand image, and fostering team performance and reputation of the Company's values
- Coaching HRs to adopt best practices in delivering scientific based promotional product knowledge that enables HCP make informed decision on best treatment options.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieving agreed financial and operational objectives for the assigned business area.
- Accountable for market share and promoting brand image in the assigned area for the assigned products - developing work/activity plans for the team with cross functional team alignment.
- Setting financials / brand objectives for the team.
- Staff training, day-to-day coaching & development with follow through performance appraisals and regular periodic monitoring and evaluation - while setting medium to long term development plans that target both performance gaps as well as talent management & retention objectives.
- Leading the team on key business drivers and engaging the customers through educational, scientific, and promotional activities in the field.
- Maintaining and building a productive and cooperative relationship with HCPs, building up the reputation of the Company.
- Role modelling and promoting company's Values among the team members.
- Ensuring effective utilization of company resources and implementation and adherence to company's policies and procedures within the area of responsibilities.
- Assisting Customer Engagement Lead in the preparation of Annual budgets, expenditures, and business objectives and submit periodic reports on HCP engagement/promotional activities.
- Maintain a record system to provide quick analysis of the business performance and team performance within the assigned area.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or medicine.
- Minimum 7 years of commercial experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Gulf experience is mandatory, preferably across more than one market.
- Vaccines experience is highly preferred.

- Proven ability to manage complex situations through the

- Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Entrepreneurial and growth mindset
- Knowledge of healthcare environment - Structures/ Functionality/ Processes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Arabic languages, including presentation experience to large and diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, business analytical skills, influencing and Interpersonal communication ability.
